Women equality
Women are stereo-typically categorized as sensitive, soft, warm, emotional and caring. Some people don't like the idea of “soft” women in office. Most women are the very opposite of soft.
Positive or confident attitudes and a strive for excellence could help women gain any mans respect, women shouldn't have to prove to the world that they are worth something. Men can go around being looked as strong, intelligent, and protective. Women who work harder than most are rarely seen as “strong”. A great example of equal-ism is Women in the Olympics work just as efficient as the men competition do.
Prejudices have formed against women because of their stereotype of being less capable than men. For decades men have been seen as a type of protection for women, while women just cook and take care of the children. When women try to find jobs it may be difficult because of their “label given by society”.
Women for centuries have been expected to be what, religion and society were used to. Then and now, women tend to pay for more household items like food and accessories for children. In the work industry, women have to work an extra of 40 days to receive the same amount of money as men. This is not absurd. Now Black women have to go 60 extra days to be equivalent to what men are paid. The world we live in is a little disgusting, someone who works as hard as the ordinary man should be given an equal pay.
There are only 20 out of the 56% of women are in government sexist right? Did you know there is only 5% of women are a CEO? There are definitely a more abundant amount of women who could be a CEO, society doesn't give them a chance. Most of the jobs taken care by women are busy work like news reporters, weather forecast, even short story or article writers. Only 30% of the technology business have women sprinkled around. Sadly, women are most likely to have to do chores throughout the house. 80% out of the 800000 trafficking are women, females are more likely to come to contact with rape or harassment unfortunately most women come into contact with PTSD after their traumatic experiences. Today 70% of all women go through some type of memorable violence. Even places like high school sports show inequal sexes. The girls sports teams have less people cheering for them, high school makes many young girls feel lesser because of society's outlook on men and women. When a teacher needs help lifting or reaching something, she asks the guys, there are girls that are taller than some boys, girls can be just as strong with dedication. Every single woman is capable of being as strong as any man. Our world needs to come together and allow women to shine and be successful, just like most men.
